Tender description

The Contractor is to provide Executive Coach(-es) able to deliver face-to-face executive coaching sessions, with supporting telephone and email coaching as required, for approximately 10 coachees per annum to Senior RAF Personnel. This contract is for 2 years with a further 2 option years available. The executive coaching must be provided in accordance with recognised accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the International Coaching Federation or an equivalent body. The Contractor is to provide Executive Coach(-es) able to deliver face-to-face executive coaching sessions, with supporting telephone and email coaching as required, for approximately 10 coachees per annum, who will rank from Gp Capt (OF5) to Air Marshal, as decided by the Designated Officer. Each Executive Coaching session is to last 2 hours and each Coachee will undertake a maximum of 6 coaching sessions. Therefore, the Contractor is to deliver 120 hours of Executive Coaching per annum. The Contractor is to provide 360 degree reporting for Coachees, when the Contractor has provided analysis supporting this requirement as part of the executive coaching programme and the Designated Officer has endorsed this requirement in advance. This provision will be designated as an optional requirement to the contract. The Contractor is to provide senior executive development and coaching advice to CAS, COS Pers and AFB Members as an optional requirement. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting framework agreement or contract indeed there is no guarantee that any framework agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc. will be paid if a tender or resulting framework agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
