Tender description

The procurement is for a managed service for the supply of Coagulation Analysers and Consumables. The contract includes maintenance and support. The Trust wishes to implement a managed service contract to replace an existing managed service contract. The successful supplier will be expected to provide an efficient managed service, including the provision of equipment, consumables, maintenance, repair, training and regular review meetings and reports. The contract is for 5 years with the option for it to be extended for a further two periods of 12 months each.
