Tender description
To provide maintenance service to the Baggage Handling System for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months (3+1+1). The successful supplier will need to be subject matter expert in supporting such a system in a live operational airport environment. This is necessary as the current system is old and disjointed, thus an engineer is required onsite at all times to facilitate any necessary fixes. As detailed in the tender documents.
