Backbone Agency - LIskeard Place-based Pilot Project

Tender description

The TCA Liskeard Pilot Project is initially a 12 month pilot in a Cornish community to identify what resources are currently available within the public sector, the voluntary and community sector and from local Town and Parish councils and to then pilot how they can be best used to support social action to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals most in need. We require a Backbone support organisation to work with the public sector, local VCSE organisations, community groups and individuals to map existing resources, identify key issues for local health and wellbeing and key individuals. By doing this we want to build on existing networks and work with the community to co-design and co-produce new ways of working and service delivery.
