The University invites you to quote for these works, details as described in the attachments. o Scope o Materials and Work Schedule o Minor Works Specification o Minor Works Specification appendix III o Network Cable Route Drawing o Installation Drawings (F to K Blocks all Floors) The contract period will be run from 5th July to 4th September 2017. It is the nature of the contract that access into the buildings will be restricted at times. All installation & test should be undertaken between 08.00 am to 5.00 pm each day. Please go through attached specification (including section 9,19 & 20) and drawings before filling in 'Schedule of Items & Bill of quantities' and the quotation form. An Asbestos survey will be carried out (if required) after discussing with installation engineers prior to the commencement of the work.
