Optivo seeks a provider capable of providing (On Premises Laundry) on site. Optivo will expect vendors to propose a comprehensive range of laundry equipment which is a reliable quality product from leading industry brands. Supplied, installed and maintained without charge. Laundry equipment is to be maintained without charge. Vendors will agree a rebate percentage which will contribute towards the utility costs. It is expected that Optivo will receive a percentage of the takings (to be agreed) whilst significantly reducing running costs. A fully managed laundry facility for our staff / residents / students with no capital outlay, no rental, maintenance agreement factored in as a part of our service requirements. Vendors will be required to assess the viability of implementing machines and equipment at each premise ensuring correct equipment decisions are undertaken in accordance with Optivo business needs and the available space, therefore proposing the most suitable solution.
