SOG-HSC-Replacement Local Area Network, including Wi-Fi infrastructure

The Health and Social Care Committee are looking to create contracts with suitably skilled suppliers to provide services to design, deploy, configure and maintain a Local area network (LAN), security and Wireless network(WLAN). We are looking for supplier(s) who have the capability, capacity and experience to provide suitability qualified professionals to complete the design, provision, deployment, configuration and support requirements, across the 52 locations intergrated to the States of Guernsey network. HSC currently have an in house technical support team, however where additional value and efficiencies can be achieved through the use of a managed service these will be considered. We have chosen to offer this opportunity in 3 LOTS: 1. LAN (Supply, implementation & support) 2. WLAN (Supply, implementation & support) 3. Managed service (LAN & WLAN, implementation & support) The PQQ is structured so that the States obtains information on the supplier’s experience, ability, suitability and history. Also an outline understanding of how the requirement will be provided, by whom and the relationships between the various parties. The evaluation team will short list, based on evaluation of the responses and information made available to it. A maximum of 10 suppliers which meet the threshold will be invited to Tender.
