Thames Water is tendering for a software package and information system(s) that will provide a HR Pay and benefits reward portal. This portal will be accessed by Thames Water employees. This portal will be a central repository and interactive system for flexible benefits and rewards information. It will in addition must be able to link to other 3rd party sites for further information e.g. the pension provider. Procurement of an off the shelf IT Portal that Thames Water employees will be able to access for all pay and benefits information. Undertake queries and actions. These would include total reward statements, choice of accessing and requesting a choice of flexible benefits that Thames Water HR will offer employees such as allowances, annual leave, life assurance with the ability to trade up and down on certain benefits. Additionally access to Pay slips, Health and wellbeing benefits and information portal, Pension (link to external site). Recognition and incentives (can link to external provider). Discounts and offers (can link to external provider).
