Tender description
Leicester City Council is seeking suppliers with a proven track record in providing an Automatic Call Distribution system. The Council requires qualified suppliers who have experience of providing a large ACD system to accommodate the Council's needs. The system will need to integrate with the Council's Microsoft Lync telephony system. The Council's current ACD system has approximately 1 270 agents although the number of agents logged in at 1 time is normally around 250. The system services 52 groups. These groups contain various numbers of queues, and are used across the Council by different services. Each group and queue has its own configuration. The ACD handles approximately 20 000 000 calls per year. This are split across all of the groups.
