Review of the Aculeate Hymenoptera of GB

Supplier to provide a desk-based review, no fieldwork or site visits will be required. It will follow the guidelines set out by IUCN and follow the format set out in previous reviews. Outputs for 2017-18 A preliminary report for this review including a completed introductory section and a draft spreadsheet detailing the status for all species and clearly identifying those qualifying for IUCN Red Listing is to be sent to Natural England in an appropriate format by 15 January 2018. The list must be compiled using the following document: IUCN red list categories and criteria; version 3.1 (2nd edition) 2012). In compiling the list of threatened species, all species must be assessed against all five IUCN criteria. Future requirement subject to confirmation of funding Outputs for 2018-19 The final report containing the output detailed above, and summary accounts for the confirmed threatened species (Critically Endangered, Endangered, Threatened, Near-threatened, Vulnerable), plus any that are Regionally Extinct, is to be sent to Natural England in an appropriate format by 30 December 2018.
