Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton wishes to contract with a provider of Box Office Services to facilitate ticket sales, venue promotion, ticket processing and scanning and ticket marketing, along with complementary sales and promotional activities. The City has a number of venues of varying sizes. The provider will provide innovative digital solutions as well as conventional services aid in the maximising of the venues potential. The provider will provide marketing, promotion of events, potential venue sponsorship brokerage and additional events. The solution will provide ticket integration into till systems, parking systems and merchandising. The contract will be an 8 year duration.
