Tender description

Public Health England (PHE) is planning to award the contract for the provision of output stacking machine for Thermoluminescent Dosimeter (TLD) to Gemini Technology ltd. This custom designed equipment has been identified as a way to reduce the Health and Safety risks due to the repetitiveness of the tasks by automating the output stage of the TLD wrapping process. PHE believes that Gemini Technology ltd are currently the only supplier on the market capable of delivering this novel solution, which will improve the workflow of the processes involved in services offered by the Personal Dosimetry Service (PDS) team.
