POSTPONEMENT OF LINE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROCUREMENT The business area requesting this service (Marine Management Organisation) has informed me that they are exploring an alternative funding stream. At present we are not certain what effect this will have on the procurement of the service; whether it will mean a change to the specification or if it will go ahead at all. The timescale they have provided for a decision to be made is 2-3 weeks and therefore I hope to be able to provide an update in early July. FOR INFORMATION ONLY It is our intention to publish the ITT for this requirement on 9th June 2017 with a closing date of 23rd June 2017 at 12:00 (noon). We may be in a position to publish it earlier in the week but the deadline will stay the same. Project Aim To ensure that all people managers have the correct skills to achieve the business objectives by proactively managing the team performance. In addition to have the skills and confidence to deal with reactive performance and conduct issues. This will ensure the MMO has a future proof talent pipeline. To also ensure on an ongoing basis that newly appointed managers have the skills and tools to be able to undertake their role. More details are provided in the attached document.
