Tender description

The existing 'recovery hub' (the 'Anchor Centre' on Dover Street in Leicester), is not suited to the provision of the service in its current condition and with its current layout. To enable a decision to be made over the best, most cost effective way to accommodate the service, costed feasibility studies are required of the existing site, a new location on Abbey Street and any other buildings that may be identified by the Property team.
