PAN1128 - Humberstone Heights Golf Club Refurbishment (Specification Only)

Tender description

Following a successful bid to Sport England, Leicester City Council has been awarded money to carry out internal refurbishment of various areas of the club house including changing rooms, toilets and common areas. Due to limited capacity within the Building Surveying Team we do not have the resources to carry this out in house and would therefore like to engage the services of Arcadis. The requirement is to provide a fee proposal for the works to provide, drawings, specifications, and estimated costs for clients approval. Also, there may be a requirement for on-site supervision during the works. A quote will be required but no final decision has been made on this yet. Fee proposals and associated works need to be provided as soon as possible as the tender package needs to go out by 19th August 2016 to allow a start on site date of 31st October 2016 at the latest to comply with the conditions set by Sport England.
