North Tyneside Council Residential Construction Projects

Tender description

Contractor Breakfast Event North Tyneside Council would like to invite potential construction partners to a short breakfast event to hear about a number of new residential house building projects that are scheduled to be tendered on behalf of the Council’s wholly owned subsidiary company Aurora Properties. The event will consist of a short opening from Council Officers, outlining the projects and the procurement process, followed by an opportunity to meet key project officers and members of the design teams for each project. The event will be held on the 22nd June 2017 at the Langdale Centre, Langdale Gardens, Howden, Wallsend (NE28 0HG) with the opening of the event starting at 8.15am. Suppliers will be limited to 2 people per organisation. An overview of the projects is provided below. If you have any further questions or to confirm your interest in attending this event please register via the NEPO Portal reference DN275533 or by email to julie.gullon@northtyneside.gov.uk by Friday 16th June 2017 in order to confirm numbers for refreshments.
