Tender description

As the site of the former Purley Market is now being developed for housing, Luton Borough Council wishes to use its powers under the Luton Corporation Act 1911 and the Markets and Fairs Clauses Act 1847 to establish a relocated market in Marsh Farm and to recruit a suitable organisation to operate and manage the same for an initial period of 10 years. The estimated start date for the relocated market will be Summer 2017.
