National Grid Interconnector Holdings and Elia are investigating the possibility of a new interconnector between Great Britain and Belgium. This event is primarily to support NGIHL and Elia in the procurement of a seabed survey and to provide other third party consultancy services. To register your interest in this procurement event and to obtain the tender documentation Applicants are to email amy.palmer@nationalgrid.com using the subject wording ‘Registering interest for GB — BE Marine Consultancy Services’ and include in the body of the message (if you have them) your Ariba AN numbers (Network ID), name, email address and contact phone number for all contacts within your organisation who will need to receive Ariba messages and administer your online submissions. Following receipt of this information National Grid will invite you to the Ariba event where all of the tender documentation is contained including further instructions. Works may include and are not limited to: Review of Route Selections and Route Optimisation across multiple territories; Environmental Impact Assessments; Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder; Management Plan; Detailed Project Plan and Initial Project Management; Tasks; Support of seabed survey procurement process (pre and post tender); UXO Desktop Studies; Territories Assessment; Support with Fisheries Liaison Officers; Reporting; Risk Management; Secretariat and Translation Services; Support for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
