Tender description

The TCA Liskeard Pilot Project is initially a 12 month pilot (July 2017 - July 2018) in a particular area in Cornwall to identify what resources are currently available within the public sector, the voluntary and community sector and from local Town and Parish councils and to then pilot how they can be best used to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals most in need.
