Tender description

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) has been awarded funding for an Entrenched Rough Sleepers Social Impact Bond (SIB) that we are looking to develop in Greater Manchester (GM) under the Government's trailblazer programmes. The service that will be delivered will be across the 10 GM Boroughs (Trafford, Manchester, Salford, Wigan, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Bury and Bolton). We are holding an engagement event on the 13th June at 9:00am at Trafford Town Hall, for Prospective Service Providers and Social Investors to network and find out more about the model, and the specifics of this service model for entrenched rough sleepers. The GMCA would welcome partnership bids as well as bids with a consortium approach to ensure that smaller providers and local services are also included in delivery of this service. Following the engagement event the Invitation to tender will be uploaded on to the Chest Portal. Keywords: Rough Sleeping, Homelessness
