Tender description

The University of Exeter wishes to procure 2 liquid handling systems to lower the cost of genomic NGS library preparations and enable single-cell RNA-seq applications. The system we intend to procure must have extremely accurate pipetting volumes between 25nL and 1.2uL with an accuracy +/-5 % and have mean coefficients of variation less than 5 % throughout the volume range. Dead volumes must be less than 0.3ul per well and the minimum accessible volume must be 10nL or less. Dispensing must use positive displacement technology.
