Tender description

This notice concludes the competition for the provision of Court Reporting and Transcription Services initiated via Notice 2016/S 155-281276. The award comprises framework agreements and call off contracts for the provision of Court Reporting and Transcription Service to the Criminal, Civil, Family and Administrative justice system (i.e. including Tribunals). Services provided within the scope of this award include: 1) Attendance Based Transcription Services (ATS), covering court reporting and stenography, on-site transcription [Public Immunity (PII), Secret and Top Secret]. 2) Off-Site Transcription Services (OTS), covering all off-site transcriptions. 3) Real-Time Transcription Services (RTS), covering all instantaneous on-site transcription, in-court display, production of formatted transcripts. Attendance based transcription services require the attendance of supplier personnel at Authority premises for the purposes of making a log of proceedings, producing a verbatim note of proceedings and producing transcripts. Off site transcription services comprises the production of transcripts from recordings of court audio, accessed via tape, CD or web portal. The recordings relate to hearings which take place in Crown, County and Family Courts, the High Court, Tribunals, Court of Appeal and Administrative Court. Real time transcription services includes the near-instantaneous transcription of court hearings, provision of in court display and the production of formatted transcripts.
