Tender description
The requirement if for the sponsorship of a stoma/colorectal team comprising of 2 x Full time Band 7 posts and 1 x Full time Band 3 Stoma Care Health Care Assistant. The sponsor will provide for stoma care nurses and the associated products and services. The stoma care nurses will work closely with the Trusts clinical teams and will be required to provide community and acute based care for patients.
