Tender description

North Ayrshire Council, on behalf of North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is committed to helping Children and Young Persons with a range of disabilities and needs to access Self-directed Support and to providing them with Outcome Based Services. As part of this commitment, the Partnership will appoint a range of Providers who are able to deliver Outcome Based Services and Person Centred Support to Children and Young Persons up to and including 18 years with a range of disabilities and needs and their families, across North Ayrshire. Provision of a Person Centred Support for Children and Young People with a range of Disabilities and Needs.
