Tender description
The Council intends to facilitate a design, build and operate contract for an Extra Care Housing Scheme Development at Hallen Drive, Sea Mills, Bristol. A soft marketing exercise was carried out in 2015 but due to longer than planned initial consultation phase this site was delayed in going to the market. The council now wish to find out if there is still appetite from developers to bring this site forward for ECH development by conducting a another soft market testing exercise. Interested parties should complete feedback questions uploaded to ProContract by 12:00 noon GMT on Friday 16th June. Link:- https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=c51b4e30-d63b-e711-80e1-005056b64545 The council is seeking a developer, who may be; the operator and or the owner of the potential ECH, or a consortium approach with all three elements (developer, operator and owner/landlord) to delivery an ECH development on this site. More information on requirements can be found on ProContract (https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=c51b4e30-d63b-e711-80e1-005056b64545) It is envisaged a competitive process with negotiation will be conducted to select developer.
