Tender description

The Contract is for the alterations and reconfiguration to levels 1 and 2 of the Coleraine campus entrance, located in Block H, to provide appropriate and modern support facilities for staff and students. It is anticipated that works will comprise the following: • Demolition, alterations and removal works • Repairs and renovation to existing building fabric • Installation of minor steel elements / wind posts • Bespoke timber linings • New partition walls and glazed screens • New floor, wall and ceiling finishes • Decoration • Upgrade of mechanical and electrical services
