Tender description

Warwickshire County Council invite applications from suitably experienced operators for admission to the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Apprenticeship Training. The DPS will be used for the provision of apprenticeship training, to include the independent delivery of end-point assessments. The DPS can be used for this purpose by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Coventry City Council and, subject to authorisation by Warwickshire County Council, it can also be used by other Local Authorities in the West Midlands. This notice involves the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Warwickshire County Council invites applications from training providers who are on the Skills Funding Agency Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers. The period of validity of the DPS will be until 30.4.2019. The DPS will be used to select training providers to provide apprenticeship training, to include the independent delivery of end-point assessments. The DPS can be used for this purpose by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Coventry City Council and, subject to authorisation by Warwickshire County Council, it can also be used by other Local Authorities in the West Midlands. Business opportunities will either be made available to approved operators on the DPS either by direct award or via a tender process. Tender opportunities are likely to be offered by a mini-competition exercise via an electronic procurement portal, www.csw-jets.co.uk
