Tender description

To undertake an independent study and analyse of the market for a counter fraud data broker for government, to further verify and specify instances where similarly situated government and commercial holders of data relevant to counter fraud have most successfully and willingly shared and utilized such data in a manner conceptually and/or technically similar to what is envisaged by the "Counter Fraud Data Analytics Broker Consultation Paper". To research the most relevant challenges, impediments to such sharing and use and strategies to address and overcome such challenges and impediments where in the interest of advancing an effective, compliant and efficient counter fraud program.
