Tender description

The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. The affinity group consists of the following Universities: Bournemouth, Chichester, Portsmouth, Southampton Solent, Winchester. The affinity group has no formal legal status. Contracts will be awarded by individual universities. Expressions of interest from Consultants who are able to provide 1 or more of the following professional services and are members of an a appropriate recognised professional body: Architect, Building Services Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Structural and Civil Engineer, Clerk of Works, Health and Safety Adviser. Additional Services to above may also be required. Individual projects will range in value up to a maximum of 5 000 000 GBP. There is no guaranteed level of expenditure on this Framework Agreement. Single discipline bids are expected although consideration will be given to multi-disciplinary bids. In this instance consultants are required to issue separate bids for each lot. The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Building Services Engineer Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Structural and Civil Engineer Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. Single discipline bids are expected although consideration will be given to multi-disciplinary bids. In this instance consultants are required to issue separate bids for each lot. The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Clerk of Works Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. Single discipline bids are expected although consideration will be given to multi-disciplinary bids. In this instance consultants are required to issue separate bids for each lot. The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Health and Safety Adviser Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. Single discipline bids are expected although consideration will be given to multi-disciplinary bids. In this instance consultants are required to issue separate bids for each lot.
