Clevedon School, Yeo Moor Primary School and Tickenham Church of England Primary School - Cleaning Services

Tender description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Clevedon School. The contract will commence on 1 April 2016 for a period of three years. This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision. We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE / FE market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the west of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning requirements within the Schools, including all holiday and periodic tasks. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month, thus updating the senior management team within Clevedon School on the contract performance. The projected cost of cleaning for the current year is circa £90,000.00. During the course of this contract the following feeder schools may join this contract: • Tickenham Primary School • Yeo Moor Primary School The scope of services would be the same as for Clevedon School, however on a smaller scale. The approximate annual value of this/these additional School/s is £35,000.00.
