Tender description

York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is offering providers the opportunity to tender to fund, design, refurbish and fit out an existing built building and grounds within the Scarborough Hospital site and on completion, to provide day care provisions for children aged 0 — 5 years and in addition care during all school holidays for children from 4 to 11 years inclusive. The service is currently delivered on the Scarborough Hospital site, so potential providers will be required to TUPE the existing staff to the new service (supplier to supplier TUPE — these staff members are not employed by York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust).
