Tender description

The requirement for this package of work consists of the renewal of the main roof covering and rendering to include making good to disturbed surfaces and structures together with all associated work across 25 properties. The renewal of the main roof covering will be required to 17 units and rendering to 24 Generally these works consist of:- • Applying new waterproof rendering (colour to be agreed) to include renewal of any decayed/dislodged brickwork and all preparation works on main building at front, rear, pine end and the upper exposed side wall above roof line where houses are stepped down. • Renewal of dashing on front single storey extension.
