Tender description

The provision of replacement roof glazing for a 14 week contract period in 2 phases. The high level roof glazing is to be replaced with a potential combination of double glazing, insulated infill panels and building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). The swimming complex is to remain operational during the contract period, with at least one pool open to the public at all times. Hence the works are to be split into two distinct phases with sectional completion and each phase having individual liquidated and ascertained damages (LAD's) for not meeting the required dates for completion.
