Audio Visual Services for Seafood Exhibitions, Conferences & Public Educational Experiences

BIM, the Irish Sea Fisheries Board, is the state agency set up to promote the sustainable development of the Seafood Industry. BIM’s mission is to grow a thriving Irish seafood industry, expand the raw material base, add value and develop efficient supply chains that together deliver on the Government’s Food Harvest 2020 targets for seafood and create sustainable jobs. In support of BIM’s action to carry out national policy with regard to seafood development, it is necessary for BIM to organise a number of symposia each year. BIM is now seeking tenders for the supply of AV services for our programme of seafood exhibitions, conferences and public educational experiences. A detailed specification of requirement can be found in Section 2 of this document. The services required will fall under the governance of a framework agreement. The duration of this framework agreement will be for up to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance and to budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any projects awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
