Tender description

Stoke on Trent City Council and Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council are inviting suitably qualified companies to provide a schedule of rates to provide an all-inclusive tyre repair, maintenance and management service to their operational depots or when required to a specific destination. The contract will be for a two year period initially with a service review at the end of every 12 months. There will be an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months and then a final additional 12 months (i.e. 2+1+1). Service provision shall cover owned or hired vehicles and plant in use by Stoke on Trent City Council and Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council as required.
