Trafford Council are dedicated to support our current approved Homecare framework however, we require extra capacity due to the increase in demand. This is an opportunity to help develop the future approach to how we commission services and for you to share our journey. The purpose of commissioning is: To deliver a high quality Homecare Service to people who fall within one or more of the following client groups: Older People (adults over 65 +), Adults over the age of 18 with Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions / Dementia and long term conditions in Trafford.
