Tenancy Support & Sustainment services in the Local Authorities’ areas of Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford. Each contract will be awarded as a separate lot. Tenderers may bid for one, some or all lots. The overall objective of Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services is to provide support to households that are at risk of becoming homeless, in order to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by the Tenancy Support & Sustainment service Project Workers whose role will be to signpost and facilitate access to mainstream services. The Tenancy Support & Sustainment services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services.
