Leicester City Council wishes to procure and implement an integrated data hosting and publishing platform to store and publish a variety of data types and data sets. Leicester City Council wishes to procure an Open & Integrated Data Platform & Associated Services (‘the Services’), on a non-exclusive basis as called off, additional functionality that maybe required over the term of 5 year term. Leicester City Council wishes to implement an integrated data hosting and publishing platform to store and publish a variety of data types and data sets. The platform should allow for the provision of a ‘Big Data’ warehouse and a Data Analytic capability to include the ability to publish data maps and interactive dashboards.This future platform will host both routinely updated data (e.g. FOI Transparency data) and real-time telemetry data (e.g. generated from IoT sensors).
