RBWM Emergency Duty Services

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) is exploring options to deliver the provision of Emergency Duty Services to support its residents and provide continuity of service outside of office hours to cover: • Children's Social Care response • Adult Social Care response • Homelessness response The Service will be available to all persons who meet the criteria for a service and are ordinarily resident within RBWM under its statutory power, duty or responsibility and who need an urgent response. The Service will be available for all residents requiring the service in RBWM, regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity or disability We are gathering expressions of interest to better understand the market, and to enable us to decide how to deliver this Service in the future. The exercise may not result in a tender opportunity being issued, but we would be grateful for your contribution to enable us to deliver this Service.
