Tender description
The Building at 17 Grosvenor Place is a Grade 2 listed building on a corner site and is occupied by the Embassy of Ireland, comprising office space, promotional space and a family and visitor accommodation on the upper floors. The project comprises a full roof replacement including lead and roof tiles and associated works which will include: Fire upgrading works in a confined area ground floor level Some Security upgrading works Some external stone and decorative cast iron restoration It is currently estimated that the works will cost in the region of £1.5 million ex VAT.
