Durham County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups are seeking to appoint a Panel of Providers to provide a range of short break services to meet the assessed needs of those families with SEND requiring short breaks to provide early help to prevent needs from escalating and to support those with complex needs (Age 0 to 25).
