Tender description

Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders for the supply of assorted printing requirements. The service will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1: Standard Promotional Material/ Outdoor Signage, Lot 2: Heavy Duty Promotional Material, Lot 3: Digital and Litho, Lot 4: Stationary and Envelopes, Lot 5: Books/ Pads/ Sets, Lot 6: High Volume Publications, Lot 7: Fulfilment, Mailing and Delivery Management, Lot 8: Bus Literature, Lot 9: Vehicle Graphics. Up to 5 supplier(s) will be selected to deliver each lot and a Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years, at the Council's discretion. The value of this contract is estimated to be up to 2 000 000 GBP in total, across all Lots. Whilst an estimated spend has been calculated based upon past expenditure and future projections, the Council is unable to guarantee any individual supplier a specific volume of work as part of this contract. Includes the printing of promotional material including banners alongside outdoor signage including site signs, parking and hoardings for new builds. Includes the printing of banners for the Nottingham City Council House, Old Market Square feature masts, external railing banners and multiple car park sheets. Digital and litho printing inclusive of postcards, A5, A4 and DL Roll Fold documents, certificates, posters, business cards and folders. Includes the printing of letterheads, laser invoices, timesheet cards, parking permits and various envelopes. Includes the printing of stub books, receipt books alongside various A5 & A4 Sets and Pads. Includes the printing of the Nottingham City Homes newsletters, The Nottingham City Council Arrow publication, the Neighbourhood Newsletter and Annual Bin Calendars. Fulfilment, mailing and delivery service for the publications printed under Lot 6. Includes the printing of bus literature and map books alongside pagoda and shelter case inserts. The printing and installation of various vehicle graphics for the Nottingham City Council fleet alongside large bus graphics.
