Tender description

Provision of pathology Automation: The Eastern Pathology Alliance (EPA) is a Joint Venture for Pathology (excluding Cellular Pathology) between the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH), the James Paget University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH) that provides laboratory services for both primary and secondary care. The EPA is a Hub and Spoke network, with the NNUH forming the Hub with JPUH and QEH the spokes. The network provides all Blood Sciences (Clinical Biochemistry & Immunology, Haematology and Transfusion) and Microbiology (Bacteriology & Virology) for West Norfolk, South Norfolk, North Norfolk, Norwich and Great Yarmouth & Waveney CCG's. (A population of just under 1 200 000). . The EPA require a Managed Service that provides an innovative end to end Pathology solution, for an integrated, automated Haematology, Biochemistry and Immunoassay service across the Network...
