Contract No. SCR/17/1 Scope: Ashford Borough Council seeks potential suppliers (contractors) to undertake works associated with the overlaying of the existing modified felt roof covering of the Main and Thomas Halls and Plant Room along the provision of new parapet capping at The Stour Centre, Ashford, Kent. Tender Evaluation: You are therefore invited to submit a Fixed Price Tender for the above work as detailed in the enclosed specification and drawings. The Contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the most favourable tender, which will be evaluated on the following; 60% Price PQQ – Questions PS.Q1-Q3 20% Guarantee 10% Contractor’s experience 10% methods chosen to manage risk of working on fragile roof You will need to achieve a score of 75% or more for the project specific questions PS-Q1-Q3 to be considered for further evaluation, and for the pricing element of your bid to be considered.
