NIE Networks seeks to appoint a suitably experienced organisation onto a framework for the Supply and delivery of electronic keypad cards. The framework covers the manufacture, encryption and delivery of plastic payment cards in accordance with a variety of business rules established for the keypad repayment metering system presently in use in Northern Ireland.
