NHS Sheffield CCG: Respite Provision for Children with Complex Neurological Conditions

Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is looking to scope possible services across South Yorkshire who could provide respite provision for children with complex neurological conditions. The future provision of service(s) offered to families in Sheffield is anticipated to include planned overnight, evening, or daytime respite in the child's home or commissioned bed-based facility. The service should be offered to Sheffield children and young people from ages 0-18 years with complex health needs that meet agreed assessment thresholds. The service will continue to be available to 18 and 19 year olds that are in special school education.
