Supply, installation and maintenance of Super-Fast Broadband Infrastructure. To provide a minimum 29 Mbps+ broadband solution to all properties in the Dunham Massey Parish Council area as well as Warburton properties that are on the Altrincham exchange (full list of properties to be supplied). A tolerance of no more than 10 % of properties receiving a minimum of 20 Mbps is allowable but the aim is for full 29+ Mbps Superfast across the whole area. The speed should be achievable in all weather conditions and not affected by any external influence. The speed should be fully achievable across a long term period and should not fluctuate below the specified levels. Properties must be able to choose from a range of broadband providers once the work is installed. The bid should specify details of the expected contention ratios offered to residents and businesses.
