Medium Term Residual Waste Disposal Framework

Tender description

Essex County Council (ECC) is planning a medium term residual waste framework agreement capable of providing: disposal outlets for refuse derived fuel; contingency disposal services for untreated residual municipal waste; contingency arrangements for the non-availability of one or more of its local waste transfer stations. To develop this framework we are asking the market to consider our project brief and complete a questionnaire. This will assist the Authority with the development of its market approach and ensure it secures best value when procuring its requirements for disposal of residual waste.
