Tender description

NHS Highland requires the provision of Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services. NHS Highland requires the provision of Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services. Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services shall include annual maintenance of all Contractually Maintained Hardware (CMH) and an annual software upgrade for each of the sites. The Telecommunications System Maintenance and Support Service shall include the management of Telecom Providers such as BT, Vodafone or others, who provide analogue, ISDN or similar services connecting to the systems.
