This tender has been awarded. Lot 1 - City Hall was awarded to The Right Catering Company on the 23/3/17 Lot 2 - The Hugh Lane was awarded to Hatch & Sons on the 22/3/17 Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking tenders from competent established caterers for the commercial concession to operate the cafes in both City Hall and Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane. Tenderers are can apply for, and be awarded, one or both concessions. The cafe experience is intended to enhance the attraction of the public amenities for the many users and the successful tenderer will be encouraged to ‘put their mark’ on the undertaking. Preference is for quality, fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food. Dublin City Council proposes to award the commercial concession for the operation of the cafes for one year, with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, of being extended for a further two periods of one year each (maximum three years in total).
